HOW WE WORK
CAD Design
We employ a team of highly qualified engineers who work closely with our clients to collaboratively develop the best solutions that align with their specific requirements and needs. We then translate these solutions into digital models using cutting edge CAD software.
CAM Programming
After completing the design phase, we implement CAM technology to generate the CNC programs that will guide our milling machines. Our extensive experience and expertise enable us to optimize and enhance the quality of the manufacturing process.
Modeling
In this phase, we develop a Styrofoam model that, in collaboration with the top aluminium and steel foundries, enables us to obtain the highest quality parts for the machining process.
Milling
Starting from cast parts and laminated blocks of steel or aluminium, we carry out the machining process under the supervision of specialized technicians. We have a total of seven 3 and 5-axis CNC machines.
Adjustment and Assembly
We have highly qualified technicians with extensive experience in the sector who are responsible for adjusting and assembling all machined parts. We also have demonstrated expertise in configuring hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical circuits.
Quality Control
Quality is our top priority. Because of this, we conduct thorough tests and quality controls on all tools using state-of-the-art equipment in alignment with the leading industry standards (ISO 9001 and ISO 14001, of which we are certified).
Set Up
After completing the transport of the newly crafted tools, one of our specialized technicians travels to the customer's facility to make necessary adjustments and to ensure the successful start of production.
Modifications and Maintenance
Our commitment to customer satisfaction does not end with the start-up. We are available to make modifications, adjustments, and provide periodic maintenance, ensuring the long-term performance of our tools. We have specialists in various types of welding (tig, wire, and electrode) for both steel and aluminium.
